Any representation and/or reproduction and/or exploitation partial or total of the contents and services proposed by the platform ORIZONS MARKET by some process that it is, without the preliminary authorization and in writing of the company and/or its partners is strictly prohibited and would be likely to constitute a counterfeit within the meaning of the provisions of the Agreement of February 24, 1999 relating to the revision of the Agreement of Bangui of March 2, 1977 instituting an African Organization of the Intellectual Property and the LAW n° 2008-09 of January 25, 2008 relating to the law on the Royalty and the neighbouring Rights in Senegal.
